Around here, the lake doesn't close for the season.
Every year, thousands of people come to Geneva Lake to get away from it all. Some spend the whole day out on the water. Others grab an Adirondack chair and just take in the view. Then they pack up and head home.
Living here is a whole different thing. Lake life isn't one week in July. It's morning walks by the water, winter sunsets and neighbors who wave even if they don't know you yet. It's getting to live in the place everyone else is counting down the days to visit.
I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, and the lake is where I feel most at home. There are 21 miles of shoreline out there, with plenty of room for lazy mornings and busy afternoons. I'd love to help you find your spot on it, so summer never really has to end.
That's the magic of 930 Geneva Street. It's one block to the lake and one block to downtown, so you can walk just about everywhere. But once you're home, it feels tucked away, with more privacy than you'd expect this close to town.
